Proper video and sound drivers are extremely important for Nocturne to play properly. If you haven't installed a new driver within the last three months, there is a great likelihood that it is now out of date. If you know the chipset for your video or sound card, it is always best to download the drivers from the makers of the chipset rather than the manufacturer (the brand name). Usually, there is a delay in the amount of time it takes for new video or sound drivers to be sent to and customized by the manufacturer. This means that the drivers from the chipset makers is almost always more current. If you do not know the chipset of your video card, try looking at the reference table of video cards.
